i am so happy words cannot describe what i feel inside. was anybody else crying like a little pathetic girl when seeing his reaction after he won, i know i was and im proud of those tears
Naldo!! I am so happy for you!! You are Andy's number one defender and supporter on this board. You deserve all the happiness because you have always believed that Andy could accomplish this. I wish I could just give you a huge hug right now.
Whoa, what can I say, I didn't get up early for nothing. The match was great, Ferrero did ok, I don't think that was his best. Lots of rallies ended up won by Andy. But all the same, I can't be happier. Congratulations!!!!!! Andy really deserved this champion.
By the way, I thought those emotion were kind of cute. God, I've never seen him crying since French Open 2001.
Gah, I was at work, but we had it on TV!! Still, I had to temper my excitement cos today we broke a really rough story and it was torturous
But inside I was screaming during every point
Congrats Andy!! We love you!!
Come and knock on our door
We've been waiting for you

Rebecca's a little tired after
hormone-induced Andy insults in wtaworld/menstennisforums, etc.
She was prepared to "slam" (her word) Andy if he failed to win.
The only slam he got was a Grand Slam.
Even "brainless" Andy flattened
that god Ferrero. I can imagine Ferrero winning Wimbledon
9999 more Andy threads flood GM.
Congratulations to Andy Roddick on winning the 2003 U.S. Open and his frist grand slam title! He truly deserves to be the 2003 U.S. Open champion. Andy had a very tough draw and he had to endure the seemingly endless rain delays and match postponements and that had to be very frustrating.
And he played under great control in the final. I was pleasantly surprised how well he played.
Andy Roddick has been put under an immense amount of pressure by the American media to be the next great American men's tennis player. But he's handled himself with class and dignity. He's even learned to control his emotions. And he's starting to fulfill the American media's great expectations. But he doesn't need to be the next great American men's tennis player. He just needs to be the best tennis player he can become. And the rest will fall into place.
o yes and i as well was crying like a little pathetic girl and i was also very proud of those tears.........im so proud of him i knew he could do it all along......and i was actually suprised that i was crying harder than when he lost to federar at wimbledon
