Unfortunately, no.
I watched that match (Final) and SF on betfair, 1st and 2nd round on JustinTV.
I don't know whether the tournament was broadcasted out of Argentina except betfair/bet365/WillHill. There're no video of the matches on the site of the TyC who showed the Copa Telmex in Argentina...
