Anyway, I look forward to Montreal 
Ivo isn't some great returner, but Roddick's serves are strong, and he showed he can return against players with a "normal" serve...
Maybe Federer still can go down

If Ivo will serve well and won't be affraid on important points,I give him more chances to beat Fed then Roddick.
As you said,Federer's serve will be very easy to return if you compare it to Roddick's.
Just be patient,and calm down on important points Ivo  First beat Mirnyi

Tough loss, that's the most one-sided 7-6, 7-6 match I've ever seen. At least it was the world #1 Ivo played. I wish in a match like that Ivo would go for more on 2nd serve and come in behind it. He just can't rally with someone like Federer or Nadal. He can with Roddick. Anyway he should now have wrapped up top 32 ranking and a seed at US Open, so he won't have to play a top player too early. I think he has a big grand slam tournament coming up, it has been a while. Maybe he will get his ranking into the 20s

It's going to be a tight call whether Ivo makes it into top 32 and gets a seed at US Open. If he loses 1st round at Cincy I don't think he will make it unless someone is injured and skips US Open. If he wins one round he should pass Almagro as long as someone stops Almagro in the 2nd round (Ljubicic please win a match). However Stepanek is charging up the rankings quickly and has a good draw at Cincy so may pass Ivo here. If Ivo wins two rounds here at Cincy it's seems pretty much a sure thing.
Wouldn't that be great, Ivo seeded at a grand slam for the 1st time.
