Andre did a fairly long interview this afternoon on ESPN Rome's Burning.

He talked mostly about the state of tennis...and said that he definitely plans to play in 2006...

He also talked about his charity event which is this weekend... with all that has been going on, I think that charities other than the Red Cross may have a difficult time for a bit raising money...everyone's focus seems to be with the hurricane victims...and probably rightly so...

Andre was hawking tickets for Saturday night's event...$100 a pop if anyone's in Vegas!!

Thanks soooo much for the heads up about Andre being on PTI this afternoon...sometimes I watch, and sometimes I don't!! So THANKS!!!

He did absolutely great...the same MGM ballroom background as yesterday with his interview with Jim Rome...

For those who didn't get to see it, Andre absolutely sparkled!!! He had his best smile going...talked about his tennis and that tennis is what he does for a living...so he's going to keep doing it as long as he can!!!

He didn't get to talk too much about the charity event...they must be about sold out for the event because he wasn't hawking tickets!!!

He talked about his family a little bit...and they did nice background pics of Steffi and the kids...all in all, very nice!! As usual, Andre did himself and tennis proud!!!

Yes, most of the pics were from matches with Steffi watching tennis with the kids...or Andre carrying the kids to and from in hallways...

What always mesmerizes me with Andre is that smile that lights up his whole face...he even sort of giggled a couple of times .....

thanks again for the letting us know...I very well may have missed him on PTI without the heads up.
