Not sure if this is right, got it off the ITF website. Says they're playing here:

Mayfair Parkway Racquet and Fitness Club, 50 Steelcase Road East, Markham, L3R 1E8, Canada

Discussing Canadian players.. Canadian IS a diverse country. So I don't think it's weird so many of the Canadians are diverse too. They are still all Canadians, you know? Maybe some of them weren't born in Canada, but we all know where their heart is. Like I read an interview from Milos.. He said he came to Canada when he was 4. So it's not like he hasn't lived in Canada most of his life.. He even started his career there!

You should be proud you have so many up and coming tennis players, like I've said before, it's not looking good for us. But your guys are young and actually have potential, and yes.. Even if they lost today! You should be pleased. It could have been worse. You best player could be ranked around 500, like our player is.. lol

Where is Frank and Vasek playing next? Will they go for the future in Markham? Does anyone know?

They let him play tennis once after they saw his "consistency is everything" advertisement.

and unfortunately it looks like one may be on the downswing in his career

I think Vasek is playing the other Canadian futures but Frank's name isn't on the entry list. I have no idea what he's doing

I think he might be going to Europe (Frank that is) because he is on the Mons Challenger entry list as well as a Challenger the next week with his protected ranking of 119.

Peter doesn't seem to be playing really well against this guy. I thought he would be breezing thru like 2 and 2 but right now it is 3 and looks like he is facing a BP. Kinda sad that he always seems to play down to the competition. I would like him to have more matches like the one he had in Davis cup when he beat that guy 1 and 2.

here's the difference: peter was playing in canada for canada, he's not doing that anymore and therefor not playing as well as he did in canada

plus this guy has home support..its a bigger factor then i guess i took into account because i had peter blasting through this guy too

Not just in Canada, he was playing well in the US Open as well, seems like he plays down to the level of the competition. I remember earlier this year, he wasn't playing well and then he got an LL in Serbia and played his ass off against Zebellos. I think he has the ability to make it near the top 100 but he has to dispatch these lesser foes if he wants to get there. The only thing keeping him from getting there is himself.

Well, Peter made it through in 2 sets. Maybe he just felt like he needed a bit more match practice.

I just can't wait to see if Bester makes it to the final. Yesterday I kinda exaggerated when I said he would be in the top 300 with the win, he would be around 315 or 320. At the rate he is going he might make AO Qualies next year. I saw that he was entered in Canada F5, but I don't see him there if he wins in France. Other than that I also saw him in a couple of tough American Challengers after that. If he makes a good run there, he has a shot at maybe top 250 by the time the year ends.

In Thailand the main draws out, and it's looking good for any qualifier. Either they have to play another qualifier, Kukushkin, or at the worst they have to play Sela, no really hard draw for qualifiers.

Malaysia's a bit tougher, but Raonic could still get Roger-Vasselin, or Soeda, with the other options being Dogopolov or Kunitsyn.

Ok, that would make sense Mayfair's a big club with good facilities, so they could definitely host a futures.

I think this is the wrong way to look at things. The point is rather that immigrants and children of immigrants seem to do well in tennis, so it makes sense for development purposes to promote tennis among those communities.
