Hey guys... I just joined here, but I've seen a few familiar user names from the old atp-chat! I'm Kristen, aka B-Girl (BJ Girl according to dunga). My point... I took quite a few vinci pics at the aus open this year, so I'll go get the link to my album (its all online. lots of players. Handy if you're also a Jarkko fan!)
I have photos from Adidas 2002 / 2003 as well as wheelchair tennis and some of the Aussie Davis Cup team, so just drop me a line if you'd like to see those too  Just keep in mind that there are around 150 pics there so it will take a while to load up! But, it works

From the less informed perspective of a tennis fan, that's one good looking team (mind you my ideal is Jarkko and Simon Aspelin... omg yes!) But they'd be a good team I think. Vinci was watching Joachim play in Melbourne so I guess they'd know each others games quite well, though Joachim's been sticking more to the challenger tour than vinci...

Andreas and his partner got to the semis in Sweden. He is playing in the Nottingham challenger and won his first round match.

FYI... I read on the matchstat site that Vinci has an injury of some kind? Might explain why I didn't see him in Melbourne. I don't know how updated the site is though. Hopefully he's alright by now.

Tennis-X: What's your current status on the Swedish Davis Cup team? I
know they've been working you in the last couple ties, what do you
see for the next couple ties?
JJ: Hopefully the old guys are still going to be playing (laughing), (Thomas) Johnasson is coming back right now, (Robin) Soderling, we've got (Thomas) Enqvist and (Jonas) Bjorkman who is a little bit older, hopefully they can keep playing, especially Bjorkman for the doubles. If he stops playing then the doubles team is going to get weaker. Me
and Soderling are upcomers, I think it been working good for us because me and Robin played this year, and I was in the team last year, I played dead rubber against Australia as well. We've got (Andreas) Vinciguerra who is coming back soon, so we have three guys who are normally around the Top 50, even if the others guys quit we have a strong team.
