More on Jamie and Colin Fleming here:

http://www.freewebs.com/topscots/

Have to wait and see whether they get wildcards into Southampton Challenger.

But Jamie is on quite a run. Won last week's Futures, finalist the week before and now into the semis in Jersey.

Started the year around 650 and now heading towards 350.

Anyway, Jamie is regarded as a hard working player who has a decent chance of making it into the top 100 given time. In 2 years' time he may be very close.

He looks to be on course right now. Let's hope he can win Jersey Futures.

I seen Colin play in the summer, he's a really good player and quite a nice guy in general

i would love to see either of these players get a few wc's into challenger events.. also think Jamie will get his chance at Wimbledon next year which could be very exciting for him

Today Jamie has moved up 41 places, to 381. Pity he didn't make it to the final in Jersey.

I saw Jamie play today, in the Satellite in Nottingham. I didn't see much of him though, as his opponent Joshua Goodall retired at the start of the second set with an injured leg or knee. So Jamie is through to the final, where he meets Martin Lee.

Baker targeting Davis Cup debut

Emerging Scottish star Jamie Baker is relishing the possibility of making his Davis Cup debut in his home city.

Baker, 19, is targeting a place in the Great Britain team for April's Euro-African Zone clash with either Serbia or Israel in Glasgow.

"I want to play and with the Braehead Arena being three minutes from my doorstep it's a huge motivation.

"Things in Scotland are starting to take shape and the whole energy and belief amongst us is fantastic."

Event organisers in Glasgow will be hoping to attract a sell-out crowd on the back of Andy Murray's extraordinary success this year.

And Baker aims to force his way into the four-man squad for the first time having served as a hitting partner for September's defeat in Switzerland.
