I don't feel so bad about it, because I know he was playing a very good player, and because I think that this tournament will give him self belief ... uh.. confidence.
Bjorn Borg says that Robin only needs mental strenght to win more. |

Didn't see the final, but looked like a very close run thing. Anyway, Robin will be up to 61 in the rankings tomorrow! Soon he will be getting into Masters automatically :-)

Way to go, Robin! He beat Jan-Michael Gambill in Doha, 6-7 6-3 6-3. Didn't see the match unfortunately (Eurosport, tut-tut). Good start for 2004 :-)

Söderling came along way in 2003, and I saw him at the start of last year, and wasn't very impressed at all. But he finished well last season and a good win against "pretty boy" Gambill. Hopefully he can show that form at the AO.

This could be a good draw for him because it looks as if Schuettler is struggling. It's a great opportunity for Robin. |
