Isner probably. Sure, Federer beat him more but Federer was just plan better a lot of their careers.

I would say Andy Murray
I think as long as Andy plays at a high level, he can beat Novak at a high level(Andy could hardly beat Rafa when they both at high level)

03-07 is the weakest era for tennis

The one who lose to rafa 9 times in grand slam is the goat
Wilander: Federer played during the weakest era ever.
John McEnroe: Rafael Nadal is the best ever, even with a first-round Wimbledon loss
Agassi: Rafael Nadal as the best player in the history of tennis, ahead of Roger Federer.
Pete Sampras: Rafael Nadal Can Pass Federer and become the GOAT

Your username says it all. Peak Novak would beat peak Andy and leak Andy and Novak would both beat Nadal. Novak has many times, but even his version of Murray nearly beat Nadal on clay, which is hilarious

Im not comparing him with Rafa, why are you obsessed with rafole or fedal comparisons? Im talkin about matchup, when Andy is on he schooled Nole, no matter what level is Nole playing in, specially on grass.

ANd if you want to talk about rafa, yes he lost to darcis, but he already has played 5 wimbledon finals and won it twice.. much more than anything nole has done on the grass. You lose either way.

Haha blatant lie. Andy beat him at Wimbledon in 3 when Novak played terribly. When Novak was at his peak, in 2011, he destroyed Andy. I am a big fan of both guys but peak Novak would beat peak Andy and you know it.

Nadal lost to injured Darcis and to Rosol and got destroyed by peak Novak in 2011. End of argument, have fun trolling some more

In my opinion is Federer... prime Federer or not, prime Djokovic or not, Federer always seems to trouble Djokovic. Even though he only leads the h2h by 1 Federer obviously is the toughest opponent for Djokovic imo. I don't know if it's just a mental thing or not but when Djokovic plays against Federer it's never a gimme for the serb. I'm more nervous when he plays Federer than i am when he plays Nadal tbh

Another option would (maybe) surprisingly... Isner. Even though Djokovic is well known as one of the best in the game when it comes to ROS, he usually struggles against Big John. The h2h is 5-2 in Nole's favour but he needed 5 sets to win in Belgrade on clay, lost a set in Paris m1000 and we all know how tough it was for him to defeat Isner in Indian Wells

Roddick was another player who challenged Djokovic more than he should have but i wouldn't call him a bad matchup as prime Djokovic obviously >> prime Roddick

Opinions?
Prime Roddick never played Prime Djokovic, we would never now. Djokovic 2.0 only faced the worst Roddick.

Comparing players on different years how wise no?

Yes rafa lost in wimbledon, anybody can lose in wimbledon, be it sampras, fed, nadal. BUt guys who reach multiple finals and win multiple wimbledon titles prove that they can be succesful anytime, its just a thing of being on.

And Andy didnt hit his prime untill 2012, no? and he owns pretty much nole on big tournaments in 2012-2013. Nadal didnt get destroyed by nole, he lost in 4 sets. Rafa unlike Nole havent been destroyed/straigh-setted on GS finals. Out of 19 finals never straight setted but he is a mug because bitter fedtards love to believe that no?

And nole has been straight-setted many times , no?

Who mentioned grass? I meant in general. I didn't say Andy can't trouble Novak, of course he can. They often have very long matches. But I just said at peak level Novak is better. That's not a knock on Andy, they are both great players. Andy has the edge on grass, Novak does on the other surfaces

Both epic
