He was pretty happy when he won. It wasn't an easy match. He had to fight off sp's in the first set and saved 4 bp's in the 8th game of the 3rd. British commentator said that JC's mental strenght made the difference today

I ended up having to leave before the match started, sounded like the first set was nerve-wrecking!! lol That's our Juanqui, always torturing us.

Mwhahahah JCB is catching on

for JCB!!!

he scared me in the 1st set when he wasn't playing well at all, but he hit shot brilliant shots and hit well-timed aces on break points and the like. i was well pissed off with the commentators, I really am getting sick of his injuries and all of 2004 being referred to every match and then he kept saying he wasn't originally seeded!! HELLO HE'S INSIDE THE TOP 32. Twats. And they kept talking about Delgado. HELLO I KNOW YOU'RE BRITS BUT YOU ARE WITNESSING THE BRILLIANCE OF BORG THE YOUNGER. Sheesh.

I thought it was really funny how they kept saying that Delgado was playing so well in the 3rd set and then he got broken and Juan Carlos won, muhahahaha.

mabye the meant Delgado was playing well for Delgado standards. Nobody beats JCB when he's playing well.
