Like the commentators are saying, she thinks that on clay, her serve will not have as great an effect, so she subconciously doesn't hit it as hard.
Besides that, she is also moving terribly slowly, even worse than she did on clay last year. It's not her groundstrokes. It's her getting to the ball too late.

Gonzo can get a lot of kick on the serve and places it well, it's just sometimes what comes after it is the problem.
