Good idea, as long Richie fulfills his side of the bargain...

I am in for the long run. As a first step I gave him time till the end of 2008. After an additional two years (2010) I might get a little bit nervous and will have to tell him quite bluntly to deliver..... But I don't think that this personal intervention will be needed.

Wouldn't it be funny if Gasquet dominates the tour in four years?

Sometimes I imagine in my mind that Gasquet is so fed up with his results (or lack of) that he quits tennis and becomes an actor in foreign French films which gets nominated for an Oscar.

2nd round Miami:

I just hope there was not too much money in it. and great self-assessment about that second set. And thereby this topic is closed.

Why did he talk about his wallet and passport? Can someone help translate.

his wallet was stolen and he says it happened in the locker room, somebody lent him money, and he is happy to have his passport left in the hotel, as this would have caused a lot of trouble if it were stolen, too.

As for the tennis: the 2nd set was inacceptable, always difficult between french players and that sometimes one has to win even if one plays badly.

Thanks Puschkin. I can always count on you.

So one of the players stole his wallet?

Why would he need to borrow money? He didn't put all his cash in his wallet, did he?

But maybe he didn't have any money at the moment he lost his wallet.
I hate the situation my wallet is stolen. It's all messed up.
