Kiwi wearing Wilson What happened?

BTw, what Did he try while Phillip was serving 4-4, 30*-0 in the first set. He complained about some line call. Was it a "Coria" tactic or something ? Phillip lost his rythm inmediately

He's been fully sponsored by Wilson since, I believe, February. Neely (or someone) will correct me if I'm wrong . Nothing happened other than the choice not to renew the contract with Adidas. Whether that was Adidas's choice or Kiwi's...not sure.

The torturous Ancic vs. Mayer match is still on so Kiwi should be on soon

Finally saw the match. Aside from Kiwi playing a bit sloppy at the end of the 2nd set I thought he played a great match. He seemed a bit moody (not surprised) but he didn't let that affect his match in a bad way.

I know this makes me a bad Kiwi supporter but I want 3 sets vs. Seb

Kiwi also with a success in doubles, partnering Alexander Waske!

Well, tomorrow the coverage starts and nothing interesting to watch, but I expected that. But at least GG is fun to watch.

Unbelievable, he played too cowardly, not risking enough. He had one of these days when he just tried putting the ball back into play, and this didn't work for more than one set.
He won the first set on Grosjean's incapability, not on his own strength. This wouldn't have been wrong, but when Grosjean didn't produce so many errors anymore, Kiwi couldn't step up his own play.

I'm disappointed, this was a match well within his reach. He showed a few glimpses of hope, but at the end not enough.

Damn!

I REALLY HOPE HE IS STRONGER SOON AND HAS CONFIDENCE IN HIS SHOTS. He showed these shots in this match, but not often enough!

His 1st serve let him down too often, under 50% for the whole match, only around 40% for the first two sets. Too many second serves, that does him lots of harm.

Damn these two close balls back to back But I think this time Chryst was right, I think they were really out (but not as far out as the graphics showed). Still it was hard to believe for Kiwi and of course he wanted to see these two balls in.

Personally I don't give much about the WTC, just a good practise for Roland Garros. And I think Kühnen will give him the chance to play at least all 3 singles.

And good luck for Saturday, if he plays the soccer match But I'll cheer for Zanzibar though.

Again a loser performance:

Kiefer/Waske led 5-1 in the first and lost the next 11 games then to be 5-7 0-5 down.

Santoro/Llodra - Kiefer/Waske 7-5 6-3
