Two interesting prospects play today. Of course, the notable one is Coric. The other unknown, much less notable youngster, who just began his pro career this year, is Takashi Saito. His most notable win is over Coric on hardcourt in juniors. The 18-year-old is unbeaten on carpet, this year, and faces this "Enrique Lopez-Perez" guy who ran over Ebden a couple weeks ago in Yeongwol.

Pavic d. Soeda 61 76(7). Soeda won 21% on first serve and the second set there were no holds of serve. Only seen this once on WTA. What is this??

I saw.

Moriya also lost. There goes those points from last year.

Oh wow. Soeda also lost. Those two were pretty huge favorites in their respective matches.

This tournament most likely goes to Ebden if he keeps it together. And P2H is still alive.

Don't trust that. It's obviously wrong. When Soeda was serving, the scoreboard showed Pavic serving, and viceversa. There were just two breaks of serve in the whole match, both by Pavic in the first set. Also keep in mind that this is indoor carpet, and Pavic doesn't have a bad serve as far as I know..

P2H went down to Mitchell yesterday so I guess he still hasn't found any consistency. Ebden has been in good form in the last few months so he's the favourite but Groth could do some damage here with his big serve and he should have beat Sandgren last week. It's good to see Blaz Rola win some matches.
