Re: Paul Goldstein
Paul won today 6-4 6-4
That should probably be enough to put him at a career high. I would think. Maybe.
Go Paul!

Re: Paul Goldstein
I saw the first part of Paul's first set (til it was 5-4 I think)... he was totally dominant, IMO. He was getting free points on his serve, Saulnier was making a lot of errors, and Paul was scrambling. Looked very good, I thought.

Re: Paul Goldstein
Well, Paul pulled out of Montreal qualies, and now he's apparently pulled out of Cincy qualies. Any idea what's happened to him? Did he look injured in his last match? I can't imagine he would just take this time off and give up the chance to earn these points and this kind of prize money.

Re: Paul Goldstein
No, he didn't look injured. I think he might just be in a really bad mood. It's really sad, Paul could have picked up a lot of points

Re: Paul Goldstein
Paul will play the USO with Jim Thomas (USA) Should be a fun pairing, they've played a a lot together in the past, including some very successful college tennis

I'm sure Jim would be happy to hear that The skull cap should just about cover that ever-increasing bald patch! Just as long as the Pope doesn't find out !
