Default Reunion Island: De Schepper defeats Herbert 6-3 6-4

As you all probably knew, De Schepper doesn't play marketing events with girly format like IPTL. After the disappointment with Clément decision in the Davis Cup final and after the unfair ranking system that keeps good players out of the best positions, De Schepper is back on business trying to find the focus to make a TOP50 season end in 2015 and in order to help his beloved France to clintch the Davis Cup (in fact they have a good chance since Federer probably won't play it and Spain is out of the WG).

Yesterday, all the tourists of Reunion Island had the chance to watch a top-class encounter between two tennis stars: Kenny de Schepper and the talented youngster Herbert. They played on clay, Kenny de Schepper best surface since a couple of years. We all know that Herbert struggles on clay, and I am sure that Kenny took profit of that developing all his good baseline play and top spin backhand.

Despite the fact that it was only an exhibition, De Schepper didn't gift any set to Pierre-Hugues. That shows how focused he is for making a good start of the season. Do you think that De Schepper experience will help Herbert to be a better player? Are you excited to see what De Schepper gives to all of us during 2015? What are your predictions about new Kenny's season?

By the way, the most important tournaments of the professional tennis circuit are already confirming players in their Entry Lists. Cherbourg tournament, one of the top-class events on the year, have already confirmed Kenny (and Pierre-Hugues) as their two main stars. Remember that Kenny is the defending champion. Here it is the promo poster:

This should be in player forum. De Schepper isn't even getting directly to the Australian Open. He is a good Challenger player who can't cut it at the ATP level week in and week out.
