That match was comedy gold.
Khaddari shots had no pace (he sliced a lot) and the Spaniard struggled to generate it himself, regularly missing many forehands that should have been winners (or at least forced errors). His serve didn't work either so it was a quite competitive encounter. He served for the match at 6-5 in the second set, but Khaddari broke and celebrated like Monfils usually does after his remarkable shots. The Moroccan proceeded to lead in the tie break, had 2 set points, including one on serve at *6-5 when he tried to serve & volley (which turned out to be serve & get passed easily). However, he lost 4 points in a row from 6-4.
Honorable mention to Khaddari's grunting. Even though he sliced a lot, his grunting was over only when Olaso was just about to hit a shot.
Great fight back to win by dominic in a really good match in terms of quality(excluding that second set).
its great to see dominic finally step up and have success in the challengers and i must say its nice to see the younger melzer start to get good results too.Austria should have a good future with these 2 if they keep it up
