Boys Doubles QF:

W.C.Hsieh/ Yi Ming Wu (TPE) d. (2) B.Hung/ C.W.Hui 36 63 76(6)

Very disappointing day for Indians. Particularly sad about Karan rastogi. He has even beaten top-50 junior players before as a 15 yr old, but seems to go down in a heap sometimes losing all focus. Learn some Yoga, Karan!

Amanjot was a top-75 player before he stopped playing juniors early this year when he turned 18. Not a surprise that he is doing well, but the top seed will be very tough for him.

Friday semis:

Hyun-Joon Suk (KOR) d. (1) Wang-Cheng Hsieh (TPE), 63 63
(2) Tai-Wei Liu (TPE) d. (4) Hiu-Tung Yu (HKG), 61 36 61

So, the all-Taiwanese final did not happen. I am impressed by Hyun-Joon .. Big upset for him.

No doubes final scores yet, if they played it today.

He did get the doubles title though -

W.C.Hsieh/ Yi Ming Wu (TPE) d. W-S.Jun/ Y-D.Shieh, 76(3) 62

It seems Hyun-Joon Suk is paying some really good tennis lately. He is something like 25-3 since June.. The guy will rise up quite a bit after this. Karan Rastogi did beat him 76 46 75 at the grade-A in Osaka three months back, but he got revenge on Karan in the second round this week.

(2) Tai-Wei Liu (TPE) d. Hyun-Joon Suk (KOR) 6:2 6:3

Congratulations Tai-wei.. Go Asians

I'm a bit down right now because I lost a double's game at school today. I made too many unforced errors too too many
