I haven't seen the addition of the gamblers forum yet and havent seen a post up about this in this tourny yet so here it is. I'm hoping for real bets not just who you think is gonna win round to round cuz every fan thinks his favorite player is gonna win each match and eventually the tourny, just see any ljubo thread, so where you have real bank riding or plan to have it riding. Also posting anything bet related to help others preparing to bet, ie your thoughts on players form, injury updates would be awesome.

that being said here's where what im thinking my bets are gonna so far be unless I hear some feedback here to scare me off anyone of them.

1.72 Muller over Zabaleta
1.57 schalken over monaco
2.10 monfils over llodra
1.66 kim over lorna
2.50 bjorkman over mirnyi
1.40 ginepri over volandri

theres others that I like but I dont feel as confident in so im unsure if im going to bet them, like the nieminen over saulnier at 2.0 match. Then theres others that should be locks but the odds are too low for me to bother like jcf.

So any thoughts on my bets, and what are you guys/gals doing?

I would be very surprised if Monfils defeated Llodra, he struggled to beat Morisson last week and got crushed in round 2 by Robredo. I just don't believe he is ready yet. Having said that Llodra isn't that great either so maybe your right

Excellent, the good old tip of the day thread is back. I'll wait till tomorrow for my tips, once i've seen the full draw with qualifiers included.

Of the ones you've said only Ginepri I'd be confident in backing. The rest of them seem very dodgy to me!

I haven't seen any lines but probably:

Mello over Ventura
Ginepri (can't believe I'm saying) over Volandri
Depends who, but maybe qualifier over Calatrava

Lots of other ones depend on the qualies as well.

i´m thinking of Jarkko over Saulnier but not sure yet

ginepri looks good and i think Mirny will beat Björkman maybe Kim over Horna but leave the rest alone

Bjorkman owns the hell out of Mirnyi. Even though Jonas is in ghastly form.

interesting on the mirnyi over bjorkman...I know head to heads don't always mean everything in tennis but 8-1 lifetime for bjorkman is in line with hewitts dominance over the duck. Granted bjorkmans career is on the downslope but while he was ugly against nalbandian he showed okay form at IW. I like his chances and I like to gamble

Bjorkman to beat Mirnyi, I didn't realise the head to head was so 1 sided. Bjorkman has been pretty awful the last couple of years, I wouldn't trust him with your money
