Miami Draw
Possible 4th round Andy Roddick vs Ivan Ljubicic.

Re: Miami Draw
I'm truly devastated by the draw Nadal has been given.
And rubberducky, i really don't think ljubicic vs roddick is a certainty they've both got to get past some pretty good players first....maybe we can get our nadal v ljubicic match

US OPEN second round? But maybe Nadal has drastically improved, at least I hope so because I like him to beat Roddick.

Re: Miami Draw
On a hardcourt, no it isn't. It's a contrast of styles, but to beat Roddick on a fast surface you need some big weapons, and Ljubicic has them. There will also be plenty of rallies in a Roddick-Ljubicic match, since neither man has the net as their first love. I have a feeling Roddick will exact a tight revenge, though.

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.
Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?
ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

I doubt he will be able to compete with roddick on a hardcourt, even now. I think he will get smoked quite easily.

Nadal has improved....Obviously the Davis Cup was slightly different being on clay. But Miami is not particularly quick and certainly a lot slower than the US. Andy has the edge but I wouldn't count young Rafa out

Re: Miami Draw
I think andy has more than just an edge...esp now. dont forget that nadal hasnt played in a while now, whereas andy is fresh off playing pretty well in indian wells.
Dont forget that Andy is still one of the best on hardcourts, whereas nadal is yet to prove himself on this surface. Nadal has a chance, and I will be more than thrilled to see him win, but let's be realistic

Roddick has first to win Verdasco and Nadal, I wouldn´t be surprised if he loses to any of them.
