Re: *the Guille Writings & his Official site thread*
Thanks everyone for translating those letters....
Guille will be just fine next year but we shuldn't have a high expectation on any tournament...Tennis is tough and each time whenever you falls down, it really hurts. I think Guille feels that too. So the only thing we could give him is our support but not pressure...." HAVE A DREAM, AND CLING ON TO IT" Guille

Re: *the Guille Writings & his Official site thread*
"hola como estan..
sigo usando prince, son raquetas de mi hermano, yo sigo con prince, pasa q las q tenia de prince estaban todas rotas y para seguir con el entrenamiento agarre las de mi hermano, por favor saquen todas las fotos q subieron..
guille"
Guille is alaways with prince, it was just the racket of Federico because all his prince were broken so to train again he used the racket of federico...and he ask to us to cancel all pics about the yonex...(surently because he don't want that prince see that...)
Nothing about his participation in buenos aires...

Whoopsies! Well, at least now we know what Daze REALLY thinks about Prince racquets
Thanks to Guille for writing, even if he does seem to be very annoyed

Re: *the Guille Writings & his Official site thread*
Oh, thanks JB!
^^ Didn't the poster comment in detail on the racket change in the post you quoted in the other thread, JB? (I don't understand much of what he says, TBH.)
Maybe he does play with another racket, but it's not official or it will be another "paint job".
Anyway, I'm not at all into those equipment issues.

i HHAATTTEEEE Prince, but mainly because when they came out, they were these GIANT headed racquets that was like cheating!! you couldn't miss the ball with those dumb oversized eye-sores! but I have not hit with one in a long long time and dont know how they are now, so i shouldnt be so prejudice. Especially if the Beautiful Boy himself likes it so!!
But keep in mind, I --by choice-- play with a WOOD racquet because I believe in the need to focus as integral to the mission of tennis, and dont like the whole idea of having racquets do the work for you. I mean, unless you are in kindergarten & am just learning. But a pro should be skilled enough to play with wood.
If the pros DID play with wood, guille would never have fallen out of the top 2! he'd really be unbeatable...

well, it sucks he has to worry about his sponsors even in a private moment like those practices because of NUTTY FANS and their CAMERAS!
but........do you think that i should change my avatar now??? would a 'prince racquet' troll be able to notice that in my pix?? not worth getting into any legal red tape over for guille, due to my dumb avatar. but i love it so.....

Uhm, yeah maybe you should change it I changed mine, just in case
Nutty Fans?? How about desperate? Really, we're all dying to see him on a freakin' tennis court and this...nutty fan helped us out a bit, set aside the misinformation You can't tell me you weren't happy to have these lovely photographs Anyway, I heard the kid that took these shots is 17 so, I feel I should be a bit forgiving.
I should've replied to Guille's message with something sarcastic like "Hey you're welcome Guille! Nice to hear from you " LMAO! But his annoyance is understandable; Prince would have a blinkin' fit if they saw the pics.

oh, i am overjoyed. but i understand the annoyance if you're guille...of course, he gets to look at himself every day in the mirror!!
but this is why i didnt take pix when i saw him at the uso...it is an infringement on your personal space because 'we fans' do treat these people like they're property we try to get a piece of, rather than as a person who just wants their space and to be treated like a fellow human. but i am glad the kid took the pix!!

That's great! Now we can gaze upon your lovely avatar with no harm being done
I agree with your previous post as well. Privacy is a big issue indeed, especially now after that rumor thing happened. Pobre Guille.

Re: *the Guille Writings & his Official site thread*
You mean you had scruples about taking pics of the players training in Flushing Meadow, daze? I's part of their job, that's why they have to wear Adidas & Co. in training too and get paid big money for it.
I don't feel bad at all about taking pics when they're practicing in the tournament venue, it's just a few hours a week, it doesn't prevent them from having a private life the rest of the time.
