I don't dispute either of those statements, in fact I never disputed anything.
The overall richness of the US as a whole has absolutely no bearing on one tournament's ability (or desire) to provide results to a bunch of tennis freaks on the internet.

Sure it does. One would expect US tournaments to have websites (as this one does) that provides nice updates. One would not expect this from a tournament in Togo.
