Yes, I am going too. And I promise I will try everything I can concerning the weather Some years ago we had like 25 degrees, I would love then.
Looking forward to seeing you, then.
And please ask Gaston about the cat song in Barcelona

Hamburg 2004 was so unbearably cold I shiver now just thinking about it Not sure if I'm going to make it this year- but if I do - warm weather should definately be on order.

Re: "Tenis Pro" (Zabaleta's show!)
I can't imagine his expression if you guys get to ask him about the cat song
I'll tell you what I remember from yesterday's show, I think I'll need to watch it again to tell you more . They showed them playing soccer (almost everyone except for GG). Some footage from Acapulco as well, Lucas Arnold was trying kitesurfing and Chela and Aguirre (I think) went water-biking and they fell to the water! They didn't tape that, only Chela telling the story to the rest of the guys at the beach. In a bus in Brazil, Edgardo Massa did a comment to Gastón about hating certain actor because that actor was with Marcela Kloostenboer in a tv show (you guys know who she is)... they didn't show GG's reaction ... Oh yeah, some Davis Cup celebrations, what a mess those dressing rooms were ... There was more but I can't remember right now

I will and I hope he would sing it for me - or even better he would do it for all of us, allowing me to record it on video (my camera has a video function).

Re: "Tenis Pro" (Zabaleta's show!)
On this week's show they showed more of Gastón with Juanita [Davin's daughter]! He was sort of babysitting her so they put a sign at the bottom of the screen: "For babysitting services please call 0-800-Gaston-baby" !!! You can see that little girl loves "el gato" [oh yeah, there was another second of singing the cat song].
The rest: they were at the airport in Brazil I think, singing and playing guitar, mostly Mariano and Yayo [Edgardo] Massa. They were so bad... they started serenating Calleri and his wife too, until the police came and they had to stop! "for hiring please call 0-800-stop-singing"! !!!... They teased Calleri a whole lot while he was playing with his computer at the airport, using him for ads too: shampoo, lottery, computer screens, water... it was so funny!
But the footage of Gastón babysitting Juanita in Acapulco was the best !!!

Re: "Tenis Pro" (Zabaleta's show!)
Thank you so much for the report Adri
It´s so funny and I couldn´t stop laughing about the babysitting thing
The funny thing is that I dreamt about Gaston as a dad last night (don´t know how I cama about this...) and he was fantastic.
But I still want to hear that cat song so much

Re: "Tenis Pro" (Zabaleta's show!)
Thanks for the review Adri. Always so much fun in that show. Too sad we can't have it here. And Gaston as a caring babysitter, why am I not surprised at all?

Re: "Tenis Pro" (Zabaleta's show!)
I loved this last programme, and I’ll try to remember as much as possible to do a word picture for you of the parts where Gastón appears – a large part of the show, fortunately!
To begin with, I think Gastón has grown up this past year, and he’s passed that rather adolescent stage of fooling around for the camera. He’s quite comfortable being filmed, and talks naturally to whoever is filming him, but he doesn’t go in for the horseplay that the others do. It’s just different styles, he’s still enjoying himself, one of the group, but he doesn’t act for the camera.
He first appears going for a walk with Juanita Davin in the hotel grounds. He’s looking after her, and he takes her to see a pond with flamingoes. She can’t be more than three or four, and she’s obviously completely comfortable with him, like a sort of second dad. He asks her if she remembers he took her there the previous year, but she doesn’t. So then he puts her up on his shoulders and walks away over a bridge, and, as Adri told you, there’s a caption offering baby-sitting services if you call 0-800-GASTONBABY, accompanied by the Heidi music!
The next scene is Gastón on the beach, wearing his favourite red swimming trunks, sitting in a beach chair under a canopy. Mariano behind the camera comments to him about his having been to dinner the previous evening at Luis Miguel’s house (a famous Latino singer, obviously a PR stunt because I doubt that G. would listen to his kind of music), and Gastón looks at the camera with a deadpan look and says “Yes, he offered me his house… For all of us… So we could all go there” . And Mariano says “That’s because you’re ‘The Gato of the People’” (quoting the title of an article that appeared after the B.A. ATP).
At that moment Juanita runs up and says she’s going to bathe. She has to take her blouse and tiny skirt off, but she’s embarassed to take off her top because they’ll “see her titties”; Gastón’s grinning all over his face but doesn’t make fun of her. He helps her to take it off and then covers her up with the top made into a ball and with his arm, as he hugs her. He looks just like a doting father! If you look at Adri’s fab new avatar, you’ll see how they appeared.
