Re: Match of quarterfinals:Gaudio vs. Nadal
Does anyone know if it will be on Direct TV? I have TYC and a bunch of Fox Sports channels. Please let me know. I want to see Gaudio play cause they don't give him hardly any coverage in the U.S..

Re: Match of quarterfinals:Gaudio vs. Nadal
All I can say, as I was there, that had a fight against himself (again) in the first set. I don't say that Rafa didn't play ok, but to me it was gaudio's fault to lose it that way.
He was obviously nervous, remember he called himself "the worst champion ever in RG", he still lacks some confidence in the beginning of every single match he plays. Then second and third Rafa was absolutetly out of the court, I dunno the reason. And played wonderfully, showing why he's Top10.
Weird match? Totally!

I agree, it was not a good crowd indeed, probably that pissed Rafa off. But I believe that the crowd oversupported , because he always has this "falling apart" mood when he starts losing...

SO true! I was so pissed yesterday at the crowd, I just wanted to shut them up... they were all being mean to Rafa and he didn't deserve it...

Re: Match of quarterfinals:Gaudio vs. Nadal
as we said in some other thread... education matters and you can check the lack at almost every sport... the crawd wasn't that good but yet they were not as bad as in Viña del Mar.. Rafa left the court with a serious big clapping and i thiknk he understood that most of us were thankfull for coming here and play as well as he did... Even though it was really Gaston's faults more than Rafa's genious that's why the score was so odd...
I was amazed that Gastòn lost that first set that way and i was hoping he can retribute the gesture by getting himself together and playing like he`s been showing he knows lately and he did so the seccond set score brough me relief and confidence that , even I wasn't going to have MOya at the final, I will have Gaudio and for sure we all were about to have great , realy great, tennis...
Rafa might be not a top 10 but he desersve to be there soon and i hope Gastòn keeps winning points so he can mantain himself there because he is nowadays one of the most complete tennis players , and for sure the most enjoyable one...
