Not assure if it is an absolute 100% assurance but it is LTA/AELTC policy and I would be amazed if it didn't happen.
In 2011 the winners of both Nottingham challengers got a MDWC. In 2012 the winner of one of them got a MDWC, the winner of the other didn't need one. This year Ebden got a MDWC because he won the first Nottingham challenger.
