Impossible to say. All that we know is that the clay was wet and he wasn't fine by the end, hence my supposition that the surface played a factor in his fatigue.

I still don't know where you're going with this particular trolling tangent, but it sure is fun.

You seem to confusing trolling with pointing out the facts.

You keep mentioning this magical improvement going on in Milos and yet the facts do not show this to be the case.

Please refer to my post on the previous page that proves this.

No, but his 7 RG, 8 MC etc, 7 Barcelona, 6 Rome titles, 81 clay winning streak and insane winning % do.

But hey, Novak obviously is the King of Clay with his 4 masters shields and 0 Roland Garros titles. Even Federer is above him

after 2010 nadal has a mental problem with novak but not only that , his physicall condition it`s not the same than in his best years.

I don't think that's true. The effectiveness of Nadal's rallying and passing shots was mostly due to specific vulnerabilities in Raonic's game. Nadal did his job today, and the ease with which he got through is a good sign, but this match really only says that Nadal should easily get past big guys like Berdych and del Potro if he comes across them during the clay season.

Exactly. Which is why Djokovic will break all of tennis' records and go down in history as the GOAT.

Easier than expected win for Rafa, but Milos' serving was subpar. Rafa's footwork is far from his best, tomorrow sould be a real test against in-form Nico.

And this thread contains some of the most pathetic Milos hating. FFS, the guys is only 22 years old and he is already the greatest Canadian singles player ever. He will keep working hard and better results will come. Clay is not his favorite surface!

Lost a bet.

He really looked mentally scarred against Novak in 2012 on clay.

Yes, I said the 4th round of a slam was his best result and he's matched it twice now in the last two. He's now consistently reaching the R16 of slams now instead of bowing out in the 2nd/3rd round like he did for much of 2011 and 2012. That's clear improvement if I've ever seen it.

Quote:
I can see why you keep mentioning Milos' improvement now!
Yes, he's winning more matches on the whole (gone from 62% winning percentage to 74%), seen his ranking rise significantly (from 152 to 13 to 11 in the race for 2013), winning more matches in the M1000s (two QFs just last fall for his best career results), and winning more in the slams (two consecutive R16s after five straight R64s or R32s). If you're trying to suggest that his results haven't improved over the last two years, you couldn't be any more wrong. The facts quite clearly suggest differently despite your pathetic grasping at straws over the last two pages of trolling.

Hey, coward, how about bringing up your fake idol's matches against Rafa? Out of a sudden you are a Nole fan now? Bwaahahahahaaaaa, gloryhunter at his best! Plus, Rafa still holds the H2H against Nole. Call me when Nole gets +9 like the H2H between Rafa and Missy

Now, stay on topic and congratulate the winner of this SF match!

....

well , novak had the bad luck of his grandfather`s problem that year in montercarlo and in RG djokovic was owning nadal until the rain`s delay.

if nadal was not/is scarred of djoko , why he choked the australian open or the second set in montercarlo????

ROY EMERSON , i don`t know if novak will rise or not in goat`s standars , but it`s true than federer and nadal faced younger generation much more harders than now , guys like delpo , murray and nole
