But these guys are obviously in a group. One is Elton John, one is his husband, one is a gay porn star. They are all male. I don't want to stereotype, but most look gay. Jan Michael Gambill is there, Elton John's husband is tweaking his nipple.

Roddick doesn't really hang around with Elton, they're more like acquaintances I think. If I remember correctly, Elton sang at his wedding (??). But Elton sings at a lot of weddings.

I recognize one of the other gentlemen in the photo, and I'm pretty sure he's gay. Elton and his husband also have an adopted son, which they've obviously dumped somewhere to frolic with these young men.

It's not a cruise, that is Elton's yacht Hercules. Do a google search for Elton John St. Tropez and you will see that he regularly has his friends on that yacht for a day trip. He spends about a month down in France each summer and assorted groups of friends come and visit him there for a week or the weekend or whatever. Sometimes the paparazzi catch them and sometimes they don't.

The group on that particular day includes all kinds of people, all of whom are friends of Elton, some for years. Yes, Dolph Lambert is in that group but he says he's straight and just gay for play, like half the guys on Bel Ami. There are only 3 out people on that boat as far as I know, Elton, David Furnish, and Rod Thomas (aka Bright Light Bright Light and as long as you are talking about him, go listen to his music somewhere).
