How can a professional tennis player run out of stamina after one set?

Solid performance from Slamray. Clearly has his mind set on dominating the clay season instead of these micky mouse tournaments

My thoughts exactly. He is so talented but rarely puts his arsenal on display.

Let it go mate, surely you know the script with Murray by now. Set 2 and 3 were reasonable, certainly an improvement on the first set. He finally won and ended the hoodoo that was clearly bothering him from the start.

No two Murray matches are the same, so relax. He will stroll to the quarters and then we will see from there.

Any real Murray fan will not be shocked or suprised by this Andy performance after 6 weeks out and in a 1R Andy raraly plays his best.

Him winning USO dosent mean he will play amazing tennis every time he steps onto court.

It was the first set he had played for about 6 weeks. That is the only reason he lost it. He was so rusty he gave Donskoy a 5-1 head start.

I'm not surprised just pissed off because I had high hopes this training block would work wonders. Clearly he was relaxing more then he was training.

At least the IW curse is lifted. If Andy somehow makes the Semi Final I don't fancy his chances against Djoko King at all.
Murray reaches the final and he is #2 regardless? I did not know that but the commentator said.
