i would love to watch him on grass, hell i'd love to watch anyone on grass live.

I don't think he is, he has to play qualifying next week and then Wimbledon, then back to the US.

Amer won the Liverpool tuneup last week, but unfortunately couldn't keep it going as he lost in the first round of qualies to Robert Smeets today.
He won his first match in doubles qualies with Brendan Evans, let's hope they keep it up
Also, Amer is probably much happier now that his surgery is done, regardless of his results lately

I seem to be restricted these days from certain websites. What does that say about MTF though?

Me too! Thanks for the link, Fee... Amer really is an intelligent, well-spoken guy. How frustrating must it be to try to have a career and feel like something is keeping you from succeeding and you have to find it yourself. Well, thank goodness he did!
