Let's not get carried away. Rafa's form is far from 100% so in all honesty I think that Bellucci can win against him as he is a beast on clay...

I'm giving Lenders the edge here, beating Murray on clay isn't very impressive

Anyway, he has his days, but calling him a beast makes him sound like Muster or something.

Nadal's draw really is ridiculously easy. A little bit suspicious given just how much money the tournament has spent on him and therefore how much they'll want him to stick around till the weekend... He really should get to the SFs at least and then who knows, Almagro's not been that great this clay swing and he always chokes so that should help Rafa. Would be very happy with a Final appearance. We'll see where his level is though given that Sao Paulo was a bizarre tournament from start to finish.

This must be the easiest 500 draw in existence.

Still not as easy as USO 2010 though. Nothing will ever surpass that monstrosity.

Yup - Nole in a hardcourt final. Easy stuff really.

No one was beating Nadal with that serve and confidence anyway. Not Nadal's fault Murray lost to Wawrinka. Don't think Federer in a semi would have been worse for him given his record against Federer at slams - including outdoor hardcourts.

Will agree that this is a lopsided draw though - Stan got hard done by. Still, Nadal seems to struggle with everyone currently so I'm not counting any chickens as yet.

Nadal/Ferrer, final.

Right now I would favor Ferrer, but have to see how Rafa looks in Mexico.
