Surprise surprise. Good last leg from Fourcade to rescue France from outside the podium to second.

Amazing. Gold #7. In style too, winning with more than a minute. Germany was close to a historic performance on the range - no team has ever shot 40 hits and no miss to end on the podium. Unfortunately for them, it ended with the last shoot....but they still saved their second medal for the championships. Russia denied again. They must be worried ahead of their home olympics next year - must be looking to take a lot of medals there. Biathlon was their best discipline in the last olympics.

Lesser's last lap(shooting included) was hideous. For that alone they should dump him out of the team for the rest of the season.

I think Russia will do just fine on the men's side. They should be more worried about the women. Except for Zaitseva no other woman can be even considered a threat for the medals.

What a 3rd lap for Daria , she was deadly tired in the end, Berger second and Honocz third

Good to see Domracheva succeed in one race She utterly destroyed all her other races in the 1st shoot.

And six medals for Berger, the first to achieve that. Of course, it's only been recently you could take six. Back in the 90s the maximum was first three, then four, then five.

You spelled only the first 2 letters right.

Monika really performed great for someone that young and inexperienced

I don't if to feel sad for Germany's performances or to hope they will make Lena to come back after these disastrous results. They have one biathlete who can run, but who can't shoot and all the others who shoot pretty well but are in the competition with Marie Laure for the slowest on skies (except Henkel, but she's 35 already). So (in fact I'm not even a Germany fan, but a huge Neuner one ), come back Lena, please

I hope Martin will beat Emil Hegle finally, though the Norwegian is in a magnificient form

I'd like to see Lena come back also

For the men's, can't say I hope Fourcade will beat Svendsen. Better to get someone new. Those two has taken everything so far. Lots of nations have no gold medal yet.

Anyone knows a stream for biathlon? I wish I could watch at least the last mass start. I am in US, no Eurosport here

Thanks!

Shipulin 2nd?! Great! Too bad he didn't win. Russia really could use at least one gold.
