Re: College Players on the ATP Tour
Current Duke Blue Devil Henrique Cunha qualified for the Sao Paulo challenger. Unluckily got drawn against the #1 seed Mello and lost 6-1 6-4.

Re: College Players on the ATP Tour
A lot of the higher ranked doubles players played college tennis aside from the Bryans. Bhupathi went to Ole Miss, Matkowski went to UCLA, Lindstedt to Fresno St. and Pepperdine to name a few. Also, Ozone, Skupski went to LSU, not Kentucky.

Re: College Players on the ATP Tour
Kevin Anderson (Illinois) wins his hometown tourney in South Africa over Sommie Devvarman (Virginia). Great showing for former college stars in South Africa

Re: College Players on the ATP Tour - Klahn gets WC to San Jose MD! Anderson wins SA
Last year's singles champ, Bradley Klahn, has got a wildcard into the San Jose main draw. He plays 2 seed Monfils in the 1st round.
Also, Farah qualifies for the main draw

Re: College Players on the ATP Tour - Klahn gets WC to San Jose MD! Anderson wins SA
Players from UK/Ireland/Australia and Germany look at College tennis as an option the most. I recently did a full breakdown of the nationalities of the top 125. The most were from the USA followed by Germany, then UK then Australia.
Spain and France have far more tennis players but less look at playing college tennis in the USA as an option. The amount of Brazilians and Eastern Europeans in college tennis is increasing. Texas Tech recruits primarily Brazil and Oklahoma recruits mainly Romania. Both top 20 teams
Oddly enough I have yet to see a single Argentine in college tennis. They must not promote the idea in Argentina. There are plenty of college players from Chile,Ecuador,Colombia and Brazil.
