At the end of 2013, the top 10 would look like this..
1. Janko Tipsarevic
2. Bernard Tomic
3. Lukas Rosol
4. Juan Monaco
5. Sergiy Stakhovsky
6. Jerzy Janowicz
7. Marinko Matosevic
8. Ryan Harrison
9. Donald Young
10. Evgeny Donskoy
No place for some Frauderer, Mugray, Nadull or Faker.

I'd like that. Though it would mean Stakhovsky can finally buy a ferrari, which would pain me.

I like that Juan Monaco somehow made it onto that list

Re: The "Federer will drop out of the Top 4" thread
IMO the worst possible year-end ranking for Federer is 5.

Federer will fall. This has long been predicted on this forum, didn't you know that?

Re: The "Federer will drop out of the Top 4" thread
i really don't understand threads that talk about "(insert name here) will fall" or "(name here) will be out of the top 4 or top 10"
... really?
well no shit. noone plays forever. EVERYONE FALLS. if, as in this case, federer does "fall"... then what? will people be talking about it? other than at the time it actually happens, no. because people always move on. believe it or not, novak, federer, nadal, rosol, donald young, etc. etc. will actually all "fall", given enough time.
i honestly do not see the logic. anyway, rant over. i see this thread, i believe, is about him falling out of the top four or ten in 2013. that at least gives a timeline and is somewhat reasonable in likelihood but dubious in nature.

not necessarily. Players can choose to retire before dropping in the rankings. Roddick did that more or less. I have a feeling Federer, while active, will never go out of the top 10 again.
