Petzschner leads Delgado 6-1 5-2*

The annoying thing is that the loser of the third qualifying round won't get anything while the winner gets 15 points for sure. So he has to beat Elseneer!

Elseneer withdrew. So Petzschner has to finish his match against Delgado tomorrow and then he'll play Nenad Zimonjic at 5pm. I hope it's possible for him. I'm afraid Zimonjic is also one of these big servers.

Again no doubles WC for him. They go to Kiefer/Waske and Schüttler/Kohlmann.

Q1 Petzschner d. Kohlmann 7-5 6-2
Q2 Petzschner d. Delgado 6-1 6-3

Bah, two tiebreaks, at least he was close. Hopefully he will try to qualify for other tournaments the next two weeks as well.

He already qualified twice in Rosmalen and he has 20 points to defend there, so we can expect him to play there.

Yep. He played well! Kohlmann has had good results on grass, and Ramon Delgado is incredibly underranked for what he plays. Too bad he lost on two tiebreaks.

Rosmalen will be better. He has a record of a win over Popp (Alexander would do 4th Round on Wimbledon) and a set over Grosjean there!

Good to see that Petzschner could win that tight match. Thomann is also difficult to beat I fear. Another hope is that someone withdraws, cause Petzschner would be the first lucky loser.

Llodra, Coria, Garcia-Lopez, Benneteau - one of them will be his opponent!

Nice job getting through. Maybe he can avoid Coria and Llodra, the two finalists from last year. An unexperienced Garcia-Lopez on grass would be the best option on the paper for Petzschner I guess.

PETZSCHNER plays Benneteau, the 2nd best option. (Tuesday) He can do it!

Very disappointing. Maybe he can play Nottingham and Manchester on grass.
