15 followers, 5 times more than this morning!

He says he was serving 5-10 double faults even in training in the past few days, and again at the beginning of the match, no idea why.
Maybe that's why he wasn't playing S&V as much as the DSF commies wanted him to. I agree he was looking so great when he played S&V, it was a bit frustrating sometimes to watch him stay behind his baseline, but trying to fix one's serve in the middle of a match must be pretty destabilizing too, he did a great job.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
The second last point was great. Really big second serve and a good volley in that situation. And finally he got his first win on center court.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
Rather good performance I would say and now we should get the third QF of the year between him and Lacko. The highlights were this lob on bp Troicki and of course the slice winner on his own bp one game later.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
Today's interview is in best Petzsche style, "I played very, very well", "breathtaking stuff from us".
I wish they would ask him about his hip injury.
He mentions his 2nd coach at one point, but I didn't get it, what's his name? I can't get the videos to work anymore somehow.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
Jan Velthuis was there, who is also working with Melzer. I guess there is also a fitness coach who works with both, but I've never seen him.
This was also a weird statement:
Sie scheinen immer besser in Form zu kommen. Woran liegt das spieltechnisch? An der Verbesserung Ihrer Grundschläge?
PETZSCHNER: Meine Grundschläge haben mich ganz schön sitzen lassen, vor allem meine Vorhand, was ich so in der Art und Weise noch nicht erlebt habe.
Another bad loss in doubles.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
I'm watching since *5-4 and it's looking solid. Was it so poor from 1-0 to 5-4 or why was Lacko so dominant?

Re: Philipp Petzschner
How awful was that from 4-0* bp until *4-3 0-15? We can be happy that Lacko played a crap game at 4-3. Hopefully he is relaxed tomorrow, as he will lose anyway, and play a lot of nice points.

No idea, I couldn't watch the whole match, only saw a few games. He was looking really good when I was watching, I was surprised he didn't sound very happy with his performance after the match, it must have been very "hot and cold" and I caught the best parts.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
He withdrew. I wish he had tanked instead of letting this horrible player Ram in.

Re: Philipp Petzschner
Rather bad draw in Wimbledon. He can lose to K.Beck already.
