it's not about being tired. 2011 nole would win against stan in three tight sets. his level is not good enough this year.
so far, fed and murray seem to be in better form.

Djokovic looked good only against Harrison but the kid played an horrific match. Djokovic can improve, for sure, but Muzza will be very hard to beat. Same with Roger who rarely disappoint in slam finals.
Djokovic will win this quarter easily IF he plays well. If he plays like today, he will probably still win, but in 4 or 5 sets. And then, it's Ferrer.

Why miraculous ? Rafa did not even have a day's rest in between surviving that stupendous Nando onslaught and destroying Fed's dreams in the 2009 final. Nole will be as fresh as a daisy on Tuesday because he has the whole of tomorrow to rest. |

He also "admitted" he was still hurting during the final. Even if last year Djoker had it tough, if he loses a set against Berdman and plays a match similar to the one Nadal played against the Czech and then has to face Ferrer and possibly a fresh Murray or an in-form Fed, it'll be a real big deal to win the AO. |

I don`t think the tiredness will be a factor.But certainly his whole preparation for the next match won`t be ideal.Finishing the match at 2 am will have affect on his routine:sleeping hours, training and so on.He certainly can`t afford coming really flat into it cause then he would find himself in same situation.Down a set and a break and then he has to play another long match in order to win

After surviving a scare ,No1e will want to start off super sharp , not wanting to waste more energy before inevitable final.
He loses a set,because of the smooth sailing and losing focus.Then he remembers he needs to save tennis, Australia, and all the good in the world by not letting Berdych into the semis and he breadsticks The Bird in the fourth and final set.
