Now that the quallies are completed, Eric will be back in charge of the event, he’s asked me to post the OOP for him. As there are only four matches on the Order Of Play for tomorrow, the decision as to whether tomorrow’s singles is a one or two day round is one to be made by the manager – he shall announce when he is back online.

Just checking - I do have picks from Andreas and MathMul in my Inbox

This issue was debated at the last TT Rule Changes thread and it was decided that picks would not be accepted if sent to the wrong manager.

Yes/No (Current rule: no)
No (No change).

It couldn't have been clearer who the picks should have gone to, however, obviously in these circumstances it is something a Board Member other than myself should give an opinion on.

Considering the manager suddenly changed, I believe we should get the benefit of the doubt. I was in a hurry and didn't scroll further down than the OOP itself. I don't see then how I could know that I shouldn't send to the one posting the OOP, who also happened to be the one to send to in prior rounds.

It was stated that I would be doing quallies at the start of qually play - I stated that quallies were over and Eric was back in charge.

At the top of the OOP it states :-

Now that the quallies are completed, Eric will be back in charge of the event,

At the bottom :-

Please send your picks to ESimp.

I have asked a Board Member other than myself to give an opinion on this.
