Raonic reached top 100 for the first time when in the very end of Jan 2011, when he was 20 years old. I guess this answer the doubts (if there is any)...

Tomic has more variety and talent, Raonic is nobody without his amazing serve. So Tomic I think.

Yup.
Clown couldn't break the top 100 until he was 20 because his serve wasn't nearly the weapon it is now; dude is just a talentless hack with zero ground game. Watching him play tennis is just woeful.
