Anyone who didn't laugh at the hilarity of either Hewitt =Legend or leng jai on the first page is a stoic mug.
Love the subtle dig: "Now that Federer has finally made it to the third round." Hahahaha.
Anyway, ATOMIC to be kind to the old soul and let Fed win in 4.

Re: WWW AO RD 3: B-Nard Vs Rogi
a brilliant start to the season for bernie, but he did himself no favors with his earlier remarks which seemed to irk pinkerer. the buck stops here....
7-5, 7-5, 6-4 pinky tuscadero.

Re: WWW AO RD 3: B-Nard Vs Rogi
It's really really hard to say.
Tomic played good this year.
Fantastic against Mayer. But I haven't seen the match vs. Brands.
Hm. I see the improvement in Tomics game. Yes.
But if Federer plays ok or better I can't see Tomic winning more than one set.
So, I say 63 64 57 62 for Federer.

Re: WWW AO RD 3: B-Nard Vs Rogi
Nard Dog will make it closer this time around. I expect about the same score as in their Davis Cup match.
Maybe Fed can snatch it in straights again, but I go for a 4 sets win.

Re: WWW AO RD 3: B-Nard Vs Rogi
All that hype and Tomic will still exit a round sooner than the last year

Re: WWW AO RD 3: B-Nard Vs Rogi
People predicting multiple breaks in each set are probably being pretty optimistic. Tomic has been serving pretty well. But, I can't see him getting anywhere near breaking Federer.
Tomic will be lucky to grab a tiebreak set. I say Fed in 3 reasonably close sets, with at least one tiebreak. Think Fed will Sampras it in - get the break and then just cruise.

Re: WWW AO RD 3: B-Nard Vs Rogi
Haven't really been following tennis over the last few weeks, just found out that Tomic beat Djokovic. How did Novak allow that to happen?? Some sort of East European camaraderie - giving him a win to boost his confidence? No wonder Tomic has been mouthing off so much...
