Some awesome down-the-line winners by Tipsy.

Lleyton gives 100% in his matches , but he simply doesnt have, never had ability to win crucial points. Thats why he was always Federers turkey.

I was amazed with Tipsy game here on Lleyton serve.

He allowed Hewitt to attack him and go to net, than passed him so many times with his passing shots , especially with down the line backhands and forhands.

Again and again we always forget that exhibitions mean nothing.

I thought that Hewitt will play 5-10% better than the last two years (in Slams) because of those stunning Exhibition results.
But he was just as good as last year or 2011.

He was solid, but not good enough to beat a Top 10 player.
Tipsarevic can play just a bit harder, more precise and served a bit better. He is the right winner.

Hewitt should have won at least that 2nd set.

he lacks of power to punish Tipsarevic or any fast player, his forehand is a big joke, even Ferrer's has a better FH. He managed to hit the lines with good angles but with no power, Tipsarevic looked like DelPo hitting the ball compared to Hewitt.

It's time to retire you old champion.

Well... It was a pretty good match, both playing their heart on the court.
Sadly, when Lleyton could have won the first 2 sets, the best form ot Tipsy came off, and they played some beautiful points, it'd be amazing to see the highlights of the match.

Great match. Tipsy can make dmage if he plays like this.

Silly thing to say. Hewitt was once excellent during crucial points (hence why he won so many close matches), not to mention he wasn't always 'Federer's Turkey'. And Hewitt didn't necessarily have a problem winning crucial points against Federer during his prime, he had problems winning any kind of point at times.

However, if we propose a match between a prime Hewitt against a post-prime Federer, the dynamics would be completely different and a potential nightmare for the slower, less self-assured Federer.
