Actually, i eat about 2-3 times a day, my biggest meal of the day will be lunchtime. I dont like doing the gym because i hadnt had good result. In a youtube guru i did have some amazing results. My legs and arms got a little more toned than before and i feel great. I am trying my best to get a meal planned as much as possible. I just need to figure out a meal plan and plan my menus right, thats all. I got everything covered.
