Just brilliant. Aljaž held his nerve at the crucial points, and he's into the semi-finals in the first event of the season. Really encouraging start to the season.

Wawrinka should have been fined for lack of effort.In the first set after he got broken for 2-3*(in that game he had some discussion with the umpire and looked really annoyed)he completely tanked the next 3 games,just stood out there,really something you don't see often in a first set of a match 
Aljaz though  Played a very good and consistent match,and looked strong on serve.
