Velotti just never got his head into the match. Played terribly at the start of the second set and really just gave up on the match , then started playing better in the last few games.

I was trying to hear what he was saying to the umpire but it was unclear. I don't know if it was a misconduct or if it was a time violation because he refused to receive the serve.

I was amused that while Velotti was arguing that Massu just went and leaned on the fence and just sort of relaxed.
