Even Ferrer can't defend a title which was won by Murray.

Why does it matter, he'll still be in.
Great to see Benneteau and Melzer haven't retired.

In 2012, Benneteau had his best end-of-year ranking ever, and Melzer finished in the top-30

Re: Brisbane Entry List (T/K)
Odd not to see Tomic on the list.
ETA: ...because he's playing the Hopman Cup. Of course. D'oh!

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned...

yes they made an exchange with Hewitt : last year, Hewitt played the Hopman cup and Sydney, Tomic played Brisbane and Kooyong,
this year it's the opposite

Re: Brisbane Entry List (updated November 24, 2012)
Does anyone know why this is now a 28-draw?
It always used to be a 32-draw.
