What routines do you use to stand clear of overwhelming nervousness and stress during your tennis practices or matches?

Nervousness and stress? I think the large majority of people who play tennis on this forum are doing it for fun so there's no room for such things

we all as an MTF group pretty much suck (unless we are criticizing top guys, which we are great at, lol) ... now, seriously, yoga can help you out a lot. you can learn how to repeat some mantras ... just google mantras ...

Ohhh so none of you guys play tournaments you just hack around then, I also am a fifa addict but have lots of built up frustration from playing online
