Yes, but you should become more like a robot manager like Boarder 35m, thats why in the awards I voted only for him, he simply does his job well and done, no interviews, no mistakes, no asslicking from other posters.
Of course I am just posing the opinions of other players that have no guts to confront the system and take away the harmony from the forum

I disagree - I shouldn't and won't ever become like anyone else - every manager here has their own style and way of doing things.
Whether players want to do an interview or not is up to them, it's not compulsory.
If that's the case that's fine, perhaps then you might be better advised to persuade one of those to volunteer to Manage events like this next time then, because nobody else volunteered to manage this one so you're stuck with me and my style of managing for this one I'm afraid.
