Default Is it time to accept Ferrer as one of the game's all-time greats?

Countless titles at every level of the game, 44 appearances in Grand Slams (6th all-time) and one of the greatest QF streaks in history (ahead of the likes of Wilander and Agassi). Will history remember Ferrer as one of the greats of the game?

It's only time for the haters to accept that. Reasonable tennis fans and analysts have accepted it a long time ago.

Congratulations David on beating 18-year old Kyrgios, Haider-Mauer and qualifier Kukushkin No wonder you are still #4

How can he be an all time great when he has won one masters1000 title and never even won a slam in this weak era?

He would win 5+ slams in any other era, especially 2003-07.

This is twice now that the pushing vulture has benefited from JJ's misfortune.... In Paris JJ had played 3 more matches than vulture, was emotionally drained and tired, and in the US Open JJ's injury meant he lost early when they were scheduled to meet. I cannot wait for non tired fully healthy JJ to destroy this nonsense joke.

I rank him alongside the Pistol ... in the tier 10 of the greats

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned...

If he had taken the first part of his career as seriously as he is taking it now he would have won many titles more for sure. A bit late now.

I think that's fair.

I'd have it:

Tier 1: Borg, Nadal, Laver
Tier 2: Connors, Sampras, Agassi, Federer, Ferrer
Tier 3: Lendl, McEnroe, etc.
