I dislike the commercial aspect of Christmas, but not as much as I dislike who get insecure because society at large celebrates holidays that their minority culture does not.
I like it. The only thing is it can get to be too much. Here in Toronto some stores started playing Christmas music on November 1st, and people actually complained and got them to take it off! Because if you start so early, by the time the actual day comes around, you are already sick of it.
I like sending and receiving actual cards in the mail. I don't mind e-cards for birthdays but I like to get a real Xmas card. It's fun to get something positive in the mail; something besides bills!

Nevertheless, being a confirmed atheist I do not celebrate Xmas. But I really enjoy helping my friends and family celebrate it. Only part I don't like is adults exchanging gifts - I hate having to buy them and know that they are not what the person might want anyway.

I'd be pissed off as well if I had to buy and exchange expensive presents every year and sing about that Coca Cola pedo with a beard. Luckily, Serbian Christmas is different.
I like the decorations and atmosphere of it but I can't stand the presents part.
Holding a piece of shit without saying it's shit takes some effort. There aren't many things mortals can give to Slade that Slade desires.
Also giving someone a gift and getting an easy read on them that they don't like it makes me think it's a waste of time buying them the gift in the first place. Obviously it's not because people appreciate the intent but still...
