In Bucaramanga a player only sent his picks to his partner, not the manager (me). Now he asks if his picks can be accepted if his opponents agree. I'd like a statement from the board on this.

Let's say 2 players are playing in TT. The OOP has a match between Federer and Nadal (for example). The diffs are:

00:00 | Player1 (XXX) vs. Player2 (XXX) - Same winners; SR Differences: FEDERER 2-1 v 2-0

If Federer wins by retirement, I assume the match goes to PTS, but what happens if Nadal wins by retirement? Does Player1 win by shootout or does it still go to PTS?

Same thing. A match with a retirement doesn't count at all for TB purposes. As long as they have the same winner, exactly who retired doesn't matter.

My tournament in week 8 got its title number changed from #8 to #14. Can someone try to teach me how these numbers work?

I changed it, because there are from 1 to 100, not according weeks, but number is important only in challengers.

The decision order in TB system seems pretty illogical for me. Just imagine the that these are the only differences:
Adey: Djokovic 64 62
Martin: Djokovic 76 75
Result: Djokovic 63 63

Same correct pick, same SR, shootout and PTS system will not make decision. Just assume for a sec that CB also wont make any decision. So it goes to „Game difference system”, where Adey wins. This means for me that there is a difference between the two picks, which is DECISIVE.
Why the system goes back to previous round picks, if there is a DECISIVE difference in the actual round picks?

Because GD isn't supposed to decide matches. The rule was introduced as a very last resort, with the purpose of avoiding ranking decisions.

It is not a real answer to my question. Yes GD is not supposed to decide matches as CB does it. All you say is that picks from previous round is more DECISIVE than pick from current round. (Anyhow, forget it)

I think CB involves components of an actual match, as if the opponents that are even played each other in the previous round. In the end picking winners is what's important and if you picked more winners in previous rounds, you should win.

GD is not part of any match and is only used as last resort.
