Dee: I should do that too. Sounds quite effective and I wouldn't even have to get up for that.

Diana: It must be really hard to work in these shifts, especially night-shift. I couldn't do that.

i made a lot of teh same exsercises today at gym..i like when my butts / abdominal hurt mean i worked well

the diff i have not that perfect belly

My stomach is such a main problem for a long time, it runs in the family i noticed. The rest of my body i can easily fix but my stomach, so fcuking hard.

I need to increase the weights for my abdominals because I don't feel anything anymore.

Yea me too, the rest can be easily tone without weights but for my belly, it has to have extra free weights like 3-8lbs tbh.

I used to have a nice six-pack in the past and I didn't even have to work out too hard for it. A bunch of sit-ups every night and it looked perfectly toned. Now I simply can't seem to get it back.

Nowadays you really have to be creative, and try to find exercises that works only for your core and abs. That what i try to do because, if you find an exercise other than situps that you can do to target your abs, it will be great. I found some ab workouts and some pictures on how to do these exercises. I was like wow these are some very unique exercises. But in 10-20 mins you need to really really push yourself to the limit. I had to today in this workout, it took me almost 14 mins to complete because i had to push myself very very hard. Imma do another 10-20 min workout before dinner and then finish the night off with a quick yoga practice.

Drink water with every meal you have including snack, but drink water with a lemon wedge in it, it really helps you drink even more water, i usually hate to drink water. But now, i love it because i have a lemon wedge in it which gives it a nice flavor.

Imma start drink chai tea, green tea and hot chocolate more. Its better for me.

I need to find some effective exercises but I think I'm slowly reaching an age where it gets impossible to get a six-pack for a woman, unless you are very skinny, of course. I'm also no longer as skinny as I used to be in the past. I have really hard abs muscles but they are well hidden behind what is left of my sweet sins a.k.a. chocolate and the occasional yummy yummy Latte Macchiato.

For me the forenoon shift is the worse.. waking up too early. Yes, the afternoons are free but I'm too tired to do anything. Afternoon shift is okay but I don't see my family at all because they are sleeping when I get home and they go to work before I wake up. For 4th-5th days I hate afternoon shift too. Night shift is good for the ones who can sleep well during the day too. Evening is free, for me everyone is at home, I can eat with my family then no one bothers me during my work as all of leaders are sleeping etc.. And I sleep very well any time.

Changing shifts is hard especially the first forenoon day, first night day and first off day after night shift.

Night shift is very hard for moms. But my case is different, for me it's the best shift.

I can imagine that. Actually I'm one of the people who can't sleep at all during the day. Whenever I hear someone in the house, I think I'm missing something and just have to get up, even if I didn't sleep at all during the night.

I think it is all a matter of getting used to the shifts.
It must be hard not to take part that often in your family's life when you are working in the afternoon shift.

Night shift would be nothing for me not only because I can't usually sleep during the day but also because I simply can't stay concentrated at night. I also can't study in the evening/ at night for example. I'm the most creative and active in the morning.

But remember, you need to be creative not only on your workouts but also diet. Cut out caffene, do a diet that has healthy fats, proteins and carbs. Make sure you drink lots and lots of water. Stay away from fast food. Try to cook more. Drink more tea as well. Stay away from coffee period. Stay away from junk food. There are many ways to make your fave sweet into a healthier version. Go to resturant that have great quality food thats healthy, try twice a week to save you some money. Do lots of yoga as well, mostly at nights because its a better time. If you are trying to build strength do less cardio, if you want to do cardio for weight loss, do less strength training. Workout 5 days a week, have the weekend off. Have a cheat day every week, either on saturday or sunday because we are human, we will have guilty pleasures. I think these tips will help you. Im not a professional im just trying to help you out. Also add some mma training too its really good for tone up. Dont be afraid of lifting weights, i was before but now, its awesome.
